We offer 3 plans to choose from, including the MOS-GO which is our most cost-effective plan, the MOS-Managed+ option for those who prefer not to manage it themselves and lastly the MOS-Corporate plan for the marketer who wants respondents to see their own branding. MOS-GO
Our starter plan is suitable for personal or business use. We setup your own account and surveys will be hosted on a sub-domain (i.e.
yourname.my-online-surveys.co.za). The interface consists of our default branding, with access to all features. You also get one mailbox free. There are no limits to the number of surveys created or responses received. Sign-ME-Up
Don't have time to create or manage your own surveys? No need to worry, we can lighten your load. Simply send us your questionnaire and contact list. We do the setup and manage the survey on your behalf through our shared system. Once the survey is complete, we provide the results in CSV format to you. This package accommodates the creation & management of one survey p/m. Should your needs differ, you are welcome to contact us for a more tailored solution.
Sign-ME-Up
Opting for our 'corporate' plan, comes with added benefits. Firstly, we brand your account and surveys with your company logo. You can specify a custom domain to be used (if you have one), alternatively we register one on your behalf (incl up to 5-mailboxes). One can create multiple users. *** Survey management on your behalf includes the setup one basic/short survey per month on behalf of the client. For larger/more complex surveys please enquire first to confirm that the survey is covered within the plan. We send out the invites and one reminder invite within a month. If the survey expires within said month, we submit the results in CSV/PDF format.

** We also offer adhoc survey creation services for all other plans if/when required - subject to quote (@R200 p/h). All plans come with support with a turnaround time on queries ranging from 1hr to 48hrs during work hours. Should you require faster turnaround times you can also opt for our priority-support option (@R200 p/m extra).
